(1) Screwing

The profiles are firmly connected to the ground by screwing. To do this, lay on the cut profile and mark the holes using a suitable pen or grain. In mineral substrates, drill the corresponding holes and provide them with the appropriate dowels after removing all drilling dust. Now screw the profile using a screwdriver or cordless screwdriver using suitable screws. For wooden subfloors, depending on the type of wood, pre-drilling can be dispensed and the profiles cab be screwed directly.

(2) Adhesive profiles

Auto-adhesive profiles can be glued directly after it was cut to the desired length. Please note that the gluing area is always clean and stable. Possibly. the splice must be cleaned. Do not use film-forming cleaning agents as these will otherwise leave a release layer. To be sure we recommend to pretreat the adhesive surface with a primer. To glue the profiles, separate the protective paper from the adhesive and attach the profile to the desired location. Make sure that the profile has been firmly bonded to the ground with sufficient pressure.
