Prinz’s power of service

The Prinz Power Principle

For us, any successful collaboration is preceded by the competent, individualised consultation service we offer to customers and projects. Together with our partners we determine a demand-actuated product range characterised by above-average stock turnover. “Rotation” and a good price-performance ratio boost our customers’ profitability.

Our highly efficient logistics and demand-oriented supply concepts ensure a high level of product availability. Thanks to this we are able to supply specialised products on commission in addition to our stock listing for daily requirements.

We also provide evidence of Prinz’s power of service in the areas of training, technical service, marketing, sales promotion and presentation of goods.

Logistical expertise

One of Prinz’s special features is its high level of product availability and short delivery times. Due to the commencement of operations at our expanded logistics centre in 2011, storage capacity increased to 6,000 pallet spaces and more than 2,000 storage spaces for profiles with a length of 250-500 cm. Our sales-regulated production planning and stock management system ensure correct timing and guarantee a delivery ratio of more than 98%.

Direct contact

Prinz’s field consultants, supported by our application technology staff and installation team, are directly accessible to our customers at a local level and are aware of their wishes and requirements. On the basis of their analyses and information, Prinz’s in-house team compiles quotations, recommendations on product ranges and presentation, evaluations and statistics and is available to provide any information required relative to order processing.

Service competence

Prinz’s service concept is extremely versatile and is offered on a customised basis. It ranges from an extensive training programme, range management, technology hotline, and project supervision to marketing support (e.g. by the Prinz Partner Tool, brochures and samples) and the development of collections and the design of product presentations at the POS.
