PS 400 PEP Profilsystem 6-13/18

PEP = Practical – Elegant – Perfect.

The new Prinz PS 400 PEP system is an “all-rounder”. From extremely thin floor coverings to thick finished parquet, this section system has universal application and therefore covers a range which is unique on the market. Tests have shown that 2 mm of impact sound insulation under a parquet or laminate floor can be compressed down to 1.2 mm thickness. Together with a 6 mm covering this produces minimum construction heights of only about 7 mm. For these borderline cases, PS 400 PEP is the problem-solver. In the upper range PS 400 PEP can be used for construction heights of up to 13 mm. But that’s not all. In conjunction with PS 400 PEP elevation blocks, the sections can be built up practically and easily for covering thicknesses of up to 18 mm. An elegant design characterises the various section versions. All section types are very subtle and have hardly any arching. The transition section in particular is especially flat. The top sections are fixed with drilling screws which force a thread into the solid screw base of the base section. This guarantees an optimum, permanent, non-positive connection even after many years of compression and tensile loads.
